International Night

Welcome to Cookeville Breakfast Rotary Club’s International Night.

We started the International Night experience in 2010 as a way to increase awareness of the world and to raise funds for Rotary’s humanitarian and international service programs, such as Polio-Plus, Rotary’s ambitious program to help eradicate polio from the world.

The program includes choosing an “honored country” to focus attention to global awareness. The evening includes a reception, distinguished speakers, a sumptuous meal in the tradition of the honored country and entertainment and cultural activities by and about the honored country.

In 2010 the honored country was India. In 2011 the honored country was Saudi Arabia. In 2012 the honored country was Germany. In January 2013 the honored country will be Japan.

Check the links to the current International Night for more information on ordering tickets and what to expect when you attend one of the best nights on the annual calendar.
